1. Introduction

Welcome to Rhythmix Dance Studio. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, booking classes, or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Membership & Enrollment

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to enroll in adult classes
• Minors (under 18) require parental consent and supervision
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration
• All participants must complete a health declaration form

2.2 Membership Types

• Monthly Membership: Automatically renews each month until cancelled
• Quarterly Membership: 3-month commitment with discount pricing
• Annual Membership: 12-month commitment with maximum savings
• Drop-in Classes: Pay per class without membership commitment

3. Payments & Fees

3.1 Pricing

• All prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice
• Current pricing is available on our website
• Membership fees are charged in advance

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Bank Transfers
• Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• Cash payments at studio location only

3.3 Refund Policy

• Membership fees are non-refundable once services have commenced
• Refunds for unused portions may be considered in exceptional circumstances
• Workshop cancellations receive 50% refund if cancelled 48+ hours before start
• No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations
• Medical refunds require doctor's certificate

4. Class Policies

4.1 Booking & Cancellation

• Class bookings open 7 days in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class
• Late cancellations count as a used class
• No-shows forfeit the class fee

4.2 Class Etiquette

• Arrive 10-15 minutes before class start time
• Wear appropriate dance attire and footwear
• Mobile phones must be on silent during class
• Respect the instructor and fellow students
• Follow safety instructions at all times

4.3 Make-up Classes

• Make-up classes are offered for cancelled classes due to instructor illness
• Make-ups must be used within 30 days
• Limited to 2 make-up classes per month
• Subject to availability in equivalent level classes

5. Health, Safety & Liability

5.1 Health Declaration

All participants must:

• Declare any pre-existing medical conditions
• Inform instructors of injuries or limitations
• Consult physician before starting any new exercise program

5.2 Liability Waiver

• Rhythmix Dance Studio is not liable for personal injury
• Participants are responsible for their own health insurance
• Studio property damage caused intentionally will be charged
• Lost or stolen property is not our responsibility

5.3 COVID-19 Safety

• Follow current local health guidelines
• Stay home if experiencing any symptoms
• Use provided sanitization stations
• Respect social distancing when required

6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1 Personal Information

We collect and use your information to:

• Process your enrollments and payments
• Communicate class schedules and changes
• Send newsletters and promotions (opt-in)
• Improve our services

6.2 Data Security

• We implement security measures to protect your data
• We never sell your personal information
• You can request data deletion at any time
• Payment information is encrypted and secure

6.3 Photography & Media

• Classes may be photographed/videoed for promotional use
• Opt-out option available at registration
• Personal photography during classes requires permission
• No photography of other students without consent

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Studio Content

All content on our website and materials are protected by copyright:

• Class choreography belongs to Rhythmix Dance Studio
• Teaching methods and curriculum are proprietary
• Logos and branding are trademarked
• Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited

7.2 User Content

By posting content on our social media or website:

• You grant us permission to share your content
• You confirm you have rights to the content
• Content must be appropriate and respectful

8. Termination & Suspension

8.1 By Student

• Monthly memberships require 30 days written notice
• Quarterly/Annual memberships cannot be terminated early
• Email cancellation to info@rhythmixdance.com

8.2 By Studio

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend memberships for:

• Violation of studio rules or code of conduct
• Non-payment of fees
• Disruptive or unsafe behavior
• Harassment of staff or other students

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms periodically
• Changes will be posted on this page
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
• Major changes will be communicated via email
